3. QA Plan for YAS Lab (Calibration and Inspection)
- Job acceptance and scope review: confirm the request, measurement range, required standard, and special conditions.
- Contract review: verify competence, resources, range, and traceability before committing.
- Equipment control: use calibrated reference standards, maintain calibration status, apply environmental checks.
- Method control: use approved methods, work instructions, and uncertainty models.
- Data review: perform independent technical review of calculations and raw data.
- Report control: issue uniquely identified certificates, protect against changes.
- Nonconforming work: stop, assess impact, notify customers, correct records.
- Impartiality: identify and manage conflicts of interest, especially interacting with trading activities.
4. OHS Plan Implementation

5.1 Trading & Maintenance

Maintenance: Controlled via approved work orders. Electrical/mechanical safety and LOTO procedures applied.
5.2 Calibration (YAS Lab)

Control: Calibration intervals based on performance. Recognized standards or validated internal methods used.
Uncertainty: Evaluated considering all contributors. Clear, traceable calibration certificates issued.
